True Formula feel. Built without compromise. The SimXPro XFR is our high-end dedicated Formula sim racing cockpit, engineered around an authentic single-seater driving position, extreme rigidity and extensive adjustability.
Dedicated Formula cockpit geometry
The XFR is designed from the ground up for sim racers who want a true open-wheel driving posture rather than a GT cockpit adapted to a reclined position. Its low-slung geometry and rigid 40x160 aluminium profile chassis provide the foundation for precise Formula ergonomics and a stable, race-ready setup.
The cockpit is designed for Formula-style and side-mounted racing seats that support a reclined single-seater position. Seats such as the Sparco GP are a natural match, but the XFR is not limited to one specific seat or seating angle.
Choose the wheel mount for your hardware
The XFR is available with a choice of two wheel mounting solutions: the Universal Front Mount or the Universal Wheel Deck. Choose the mounting system that best matches your wheelbase and preferred installation. Both configurations are built around the same rigid XFR chassis and provide extensive adjustment for a precise Formula steering position.
Extended Formula pedal adjustment
The included Extended Profile Pedal Tray provides a wide adjustment range for height, angle and fore/aft position. This allows the pedals to be positioned higher and further forward for an authentic Formula posture while providing the strength required for high-end load cell and hydraulic pedal systems.
Built for powerful Direct Drive hardware
The XFR uses heavy-duty 40x160 aluminium profiles to create an exceptionally rigid platform for powerful Direct Drive wheelbases and high braking forces. The chassis is designed to keep movement and flex to a minimum, allowing the detail from your hardware to reach the driver instead of being absorbed by the rig.

The XFR is a dedicated Formula cockpit. The recommended seat is the Sparco GP Gaming Seat, and the XFR can also be ordered as the XFR + Sparco GP Bundle. Other Formula-style racing seats can be used when they can be installed with compatible universal side-mount seat brackets. Always verify seat dimensions and mounting pattern.
