The pedals have a strong, durable and adjustable design capable of handling up to 140kg of actual force at the brake pedal (200kg loadcell). Designed with CAD and FEA, all structural parts are CNC precision laser cut stainless steel with a glass bead blasted finish. The all new custom made brake elastomers are smooth, responsive and provide an unprecedented progressive brake resistance (concave force curve) just as you would have in a real race car. On the ingoing and outgoing stroke they have firm bump and rebound characteristics. They retain their as-new characteristics even after thousands of races. The bespoke hydraulic dampers of the Sim Pedals Ultimate are ultra-reliable and do not require periodic maintenance. The throttle features a 1-way hydraulic damper which resists speed at the ingoing stroke. This helps with smoothing the throttle application and is also used on many real cars for this purpose. The amount of damping can be adjusted. The Sim Pedals Ultimate+ load cell assemblies provide a true linear input measurement of throttle position and brake force. Their accuracy and durability are unmatched as they do not wear over time. Custom non-linear output curves can freely be configured using Heusinkveld SmartControl software. The Sim Pedals Ultimate+ come with a powerful configuration tool SmartControl, allowing you to set up your pedals. A key feature of SmartControl is the ability to set custom signal output maps per pedal. Working together with all-new electronics, SmartControl allows for instant mapping of (non-linear) pedal output curves, pedal deadzones and brake pedal force. For the Sim Pedals Ultimate+ we also offer an optional mounting plate: the Sim Pedals Ultimate+ Baseplate. Please note that these pedals cannot be installed on a floor without further support, or in a wheel stand where there is no solid connection between the pedals in the seat. A full frame rig/simulator is always required for the Sim Pedals Ultimate+, even if you use the optional Sim Pedals Ultimate+ Baseplate. This product is compatible with the PC / Windows platform. It cannot be used on consoles such as Xbox or Playstation.

With the Heusinkveld Sim Pedals Sprint being able to cope with high brake loads, a sturdy mount to your simulator rig is an absolute must. If you do not want mount the pedals directly to your rig but want to put them on a baseplate first, Heusinkveld offers an optional rigid mounting solution.
Heusinkveld Sim Pedals Sprint Baseplate allows flexible positioning of individual pedals and also comes with an adjustable heel plate. Engineering
This baseplate helps to create a solid platform to mount the Sim Pedals Sprint on your rig. The brake of the Sim Pedals Sprint is able to cope with up to 65kg of force, the standard mounting plates of rigs may show excessive flex under these loads. The baseplate assembly consists of multiple elements:
- A pedal plate (for mounting your pedals)
- A height-adjustable heel plate
- Two brackets (to the secure the baseplate) You also receive mounting hardware for the pedals and for mounting the baseplate to a 6 mm thick underlying plate.
The pedal plate mounting points for the pedals are slots, these slots allowing lateral adjustment of individual pedals. The dimensions of these lateral slots are 29mm for the brake and 24mm for the throttle and clutch. Every single pedal can also be adjusted 12,5mm backwards and forwards through the slots in the pedal feet themselves.
The heel plate is height-adjustable, you can put it in the default position (0 mm elevation) or use spacers (20 mm and 40mm) to raise it. These spacers are included and are supplied to put the heel plate in an elevated position. Compatibility
The Sim Pedals Sprint Baseplate is only compatible with Heusinkveld Sim Pedals Sprint 2 or 3 pedal sets.

The mounting holes on the brackets are compatible with TM T3PA and T3PA Pro (235mm) pedal sets. There are six mounting points, these give plenty of options to mount the baseplate to aluminium profiles or create your own drilling template to install the baseplate directly to your rig.
Note: this baseplate does not allow you to install the pedals on a floor without further support or in a wheel stand. A full frame rig/simulator is always required.
