All SimXPro Cockpits delivered as an assembly kit and can normally be assembled in approximately 60 to 120 minutes, depending on your experience. A step-by-step assembly video or installation guide are available to help you build and adjust the cockpit correctly.
Yes. Our cockpits are engineered for direct-drive sim racing wheelbases. Precision-built aluminium-profile construction provides the rigidity and stability required for high-torque force feedback, without unwanted flex during steering or braking. Always check the specifications of your chosen cockpit to ensure it is suitable for the maximum torque of your wheelbase and the braking force of your pedal set.
The standard Pedal Plate used with the R80 and standard option with the X80 is a solid and reliable choice for most common pedal sets, including many models from Thrustmaster and Fanatec.
If you use pedals from another brand, have load-cell or high-force pedals, want maximum freedom to adjust the pedal position and angle, or are planning future upgrades, we recommend choosing a cockpit with our Profile Pedal Deck.
Built from aluminium profiles, the Profile Pedal Deck offers significantly more mounting and adjustment possibilities, making it suitable for virtually any pedal setup. It also gives you greater flexibility when upgrading to a different or more advanced pedal set in the future.
The Profile Pedal Deck is included as standard with the GT-RS, GT-Pro, XT120, XT160, FRDD and XFR, and is available as an option for the X80.

The standard pedal plate that comes with the R80 and optional with the X80 is compatible with most common Thrustmaster and Fanatec pedal sets.
For load-cell pedals, other pedal brands, maximum adjustability or future upgrades, we recommend the Profile Pedal Deck. Its flexible mounting system gives you compleet freedom to position your pedals and makes it easier to upgrade to any other pedal set later.
