To mount a seat on any SimXPro® chassis, you will need either the SimXPro® Universal Seat Mount or the SimXPro® Extended Universal Seat Mount (provides a wider tilt adjustment range). These brackets are not included with the cockpit and must be purchased separately.

SimXPro® Universal Seat Mounts are compatible with:

• SimXPro® GT Seat, 
• SimXPro® GTR Seat,
• SimXPro® GT XL Seat,
• All sim-racing and motorsport seats with side-mount attachment points

For seats with bottom-mount attachment:

• they can be installed using 4× corner brackets to mount the seat flat onto the chassis profile
• these extra brackets are not included with the rigs
• exception: SimXPro GT-RS®, which includes an extended hardware kit supporting bottom-mount seat installation"

The X80 base frame is built entirely from premium European 4080 aluminum profiles, ensuring exceptional strength and rigidity. While many rigs use lower quality aluminum, SimXPro® selects only high-density, superior-finish profiles to guarantee long-term durability and eliminate flex - even under Direct Drive forces.

All profiles include full-length slots, enabling flexible accessory placement and unlimited adjustment possibilities. With precise machining and a scratch-resistant black coating, the X80 not only performs like a premium chassis - it looks like one too.

Designed for easy assembly, the chassis still benefits from proper tightening and the use of two people during setup to ensure perfect alignment and maximum rigidity.

The X80 comes equipped with the Universal Wheeldeck, engineered for versatility and strength.

Each wheel mount is engineered for maximum strength and adjustability, ensuring a stable, flex-free driving position.

The Universal Pedal Plate included with the X80 fits all common consumer pedalsets such as Fanatec, Thrustmaster, Logitech, and more. Both height and angle are fully adjustable, allowing you to position your pedals exactly as you prefer.

For stronger load-cell or hydraulic pedal sets, you can upgrade to the SimXPro® Profile Pedal Deck (+€20). This upgraded deck uses aluminum profiles, allowing you to create the exact mounting pattern you need using T-nuts in the profile channels.

Notes:

• The profile pedal deck does not support bottom-mount pedals.
• Brackets and profiles are finished in matte black textured powder coating.

The SimXPro® X80 is the only cockpit in the range that does not include shifter profiles by default, due to customer demand for a cleaner minimal configuration.
