General Request
Which model do I need?
With the wide range of available models, it can be difficult to see the differences at first glance.
SimXPro aluminium profile rigs are fully adjustable and future-proof, making them ideal for upgrades over time.
I just started sim racing. Which rig should I choose?
If you are new to sim racing and use entry-level or mid-range hardware such as Thrustmaster / Logitech / Fanatec CSL / Simagic Alpha Mini,
and you do not expect to upgrade to high-end hardware or motion systems, these models will fit your needs:
R80 / X80 / GT-RS
I have experience and plan to upgrade later
If you already have sim racing experience and use mid-range hardware such as
Thrustmaster / Logitech / Fanatec CSL / Fanatec DD / Simagic,
and you plan to upgrade to direct drive and load-cell pedals, but not to motion, the best options are:
XT120 / X80 / GTRS
Pedal deck recommendation
For heavy load-cell pedals, a profile pedal deck is strongly recommended.
• GTRS: profile pedal deck included
• X80: profile pedal deck optional
I use high-end hardware and want maximum rigidity
If you use or plan to use high-end equipment such as
Simucube / Fanatec Direct Drive / VRS (15 Nm and higher)
and want maximum stiffness and quality, choose:
XT120 / XT160 / FRDD / XFR / GT -PRO
Are Fanatec, Thrustmaster, Logitech, and Simagic compatible?
Yes. All SimXPro rigs support
Fanatec / Simucube / Thrustmaster / Logitech / Simagic.
• XT120 & XT160 include a standard front-mount wheel mount
• Some wheelbases may require an additional bracket
• All rigs support an optional flat wheel mount
When do I need a profile pedal deck?
A profile pedal deck is recommended when using
load-cell or high-force pedals (e.g. Heusinkveld-type).
These pedals apply high force to a small surface area. A profile pedal deck ensures a flex-free solution.
Bottom-mounted pedals can be installed using corner brackets to create a 90° mounting angle.
Can I mount my seat on a SimXPro rig?
Yes. SimXPro rigs are fully modular and support almost all seat types.
• Bottom-mounted seats: corner brackets
• Side-mounted seats: universal seat mounts
• Optional seat sliders for adjustability
What is the difference between R80, X80, and GT-RS?
R80 – entry-level, smaller footprint, fewer profiles, most affordable
X80 – stronger, more modular, ideal for future upgrades
GT-RS – very rigid, many connection points, profile pedal deck included, compact footprint, upgraded design
More profiles and connectors result in higher rigidity and price.
What is special about the black coating?
All SimXPro black profiles are anodized and powder coated, resulting in:
• Higher scratch resistance
• Deeper, more luxurious black finish
• Thicker coating and smoother feel
All brackets use the same coating with a strip-textured finish.
Can I change my order after placing it?
No. Orders are processed immediately for fast shipping.
Changes after checkout are not possible. Please double-check your order before completing checkout.
Do I need the optional X80 shifter/handbrake mounting profiles?
Only if you plan to use a shifter or handbrake.
Recommended when using a heavy direct drive wheelbase, as it adds extra stability to the uprights.
Where can I find more product information?
Each product page includes detailed descriptions and images.
Sim rigs also include a link to a full technical overview.
A product is out of stock. When will it be available?
Restock dates are shown on the product page.
We do not accept pre-orders. Please check the website regularly for availability.
Can I find reviews on YouTube?
Yes. Reviews can be found on YouTube, via SimXPro ambassadors, and on Instagram with customer builds.
Is it possible to pick up orders at your warehouse?
No. Warehouse pickup is not available.
Can I get a discount or coupon?
We offer fair pricing for everyone.

Order Request
What is the status of my order?
You can check the status of your order by logging into your personal account on our website. In your account, you can view your order history and see the current status of each order.
Orders are normally processed within one to four business days. In most cases, the average lead time before shipping is two to three business days. Please note that weekends, public holidays, and national celebration days are not counted as business days. Orders placed late in the day are also not counted as a full business day.
If your order has not been processed within seven business days from the moment of ordering, you can always contact us.
Why does international shipping take longer?
Orders shipped outside the European Union usually take longer to process and deliver. These shipments must go through customs clearance and need to be reported before leaving our warehouse, which can add additional lead time.
I did not receive all my packages.
There is no need to worry. SimXPro orders often consist of multiple boxes. Due to the size and weight of aluminium profile boxes and seats, these packages are handled manually by carriers and can become separated during transit.
In many cases, smaller boxes are delivered first. Larger boxes, such as profile packs or seats, may arrive one or two business days later, depending on your country and distance from the Netherlands.
You can usually see how many packages your order includes by checking the shipping label on the box you received. Labels often show information such as “1 of 3”, “2 of 3”, or “3 of 3”.
It is also possible that a shipment is marked as delivered while not all boxes have arrived yet. This status may only apply to one package and does not necessarily mean that the entire order has been delivered.
My package is marked as delivered, but I didn’t receive it.
Please check your email for tracking updates and confirm the delivery address. It is also recommended to check with neighbors or a reception desk.
In some cases, the package is at a local depot or another delivery attempt is scheduled, even if it is marked as delivered. Due to the size and weight of our packages, it is extremely uncommon for them to be lost.
My seat has not arrived yet.
Seats are shipped as cargo due to their size and weight and often take a few days longer to arrive than other packages. This is normal and nothing to worry about.
If your seat has not received any tracking updates within ten business days, you can contact us and we will start an investigation. Before that time, we are unfortunately unable to open a claim.
My tracking status has not changed in the last 24 hours.
This does not necessarily indicate a problem. A package may have missed a location scan, which does not affect delivery.
Another possibility is that the shipment has been handed over to a local delivery partner. In some cases, further tracking with the local partner is not available. If tracking remains unchanged for five business days or longer, you may contact us.
Where can I track my shipment?
You can track your shipment using the shipping email that was sent to you. If you cannot find this email, please check your spam folder, as the message contains active tracking links.
Can I cancel my order?
Please always double-check your order details before placing your order.
If you wish to cancel your order, payment transaction fees will be deducted from the refund amount. Bank transfers and iDEAL payments do not include transaction fees. Other payment methods, such as credit cards or PayPal, typically charge around 3% per transaction. These fees apply to both the original payment and the refund and cannot be covered by SimXPro.
Returns and complaints.
Our development and production teams work hard to deliver high-quality products at a competitive price. If you are not satisfied with your purchase or have a complaint, please contact us using the order form. We will review your request and work with you to find a suitable solution.

Simrace Clubs
SimXPro works together with sim racing clubs through a dedicated Simrace Club Program. This program is designed to support clubs, communities, and organizers while offering direct benefits to both club members and the club itself.
Each participating sim racing club receives a unique club code. When this code is used in our webshop, the customer receives a 5% discount on their purchase. At the same time, the sim racing club receives 5% of the total order value as cashback. This creates a win-win situation, with a total benefit of 10% shared between the customer and the club.
The cashback earned through the club code can be used by the sim racing club to support its activities, such as prizes, league operations, events, or community projects. Our goal is to help clubs grow and stay active by giving something back to the community that supports sim racing.
If your sim racing club is organizing special events, such as tournaments, seasonal championships, or larger community races, you are always welcome to contact us. Depending on the event, we are happy to contribute with prizes, vouchers, or other forms of support.
We enjoy working closely with the sim racing community. If you run a sim racing club and would like to collaborate with SimXPro, please get in touch with us. We can also provide logos, branding assets, and design materials that you can use in livestreams, overlays, liveries, or promotional content.

Starter Guide
How to build the right sim racing setup from the start:
Starting with sim racing can feel overwhelming. There are many choices to make, and the right decisions early on can save you a lot of money, time, and frustration later. This guide is designed to help you make those decisions step by step, based on how people actually start sim racing and where they often run into issues. Let's build the best sim rig in 2026.
The goal is simple: help you build a no flex cockpit for load cell pedals that fits your ambitions, your budget, and your future plans.
Step 1 – Decide how serious you want to go
The first and most important question is not about brands or hardware. It is about commitment.
Ask yourself honestly whether sim racing will be a casual hobby you enjoy occasionally, or something you expect to grow into over time.
If you want to try sim racing without spending too much, it makes sense to start with more basic equipment that is easy to sell or upgrade later.
If you already know that you want to take sim racing seriously, the smartest choice is to invest early in a strong, stable rig. A solid rig can last for many years. You can always upgrade wheel mounts, pedals, or accessories later, but replacing a full cockpit is usually the most expensive mistake beginners make.
Step 2 – Choose your platform: PC or console
Your platform choice affects almost every other decision.
PC
A PC setup gives you the most freedom. You have access to the widest range of simulations, hardware brands, and configuration options. Wheelbases are often cheaper for PC, but you do need a good computer and a bit more technical knowledge to set everything up.
Console (PlayStation or Xbox)
Console setups are simpler to use, but more limited. Hardware must be compatible with your specific console. In many ecosystems, PlayStation compatibility is built into the wheelbase, while Xbox compatibility is handled through the steering wheel itself. This is important to check before buying.
If you think you might switch from console to PC later, choose hardware that allows that transition as smoothly as possible.
Step 3 – Wheelbase and pedals: where to start
For beginners, ease of use, reliability, and upgrade options matter more than raw power.
Many starters choose Fanatec because the ecosystem is broad, the products are easy to use, and there are console-compatible options available. Moza is also a popular choice, especially for PC users, offering strong performance at a competitive price point.
When it comes to pedals, think about the type of racing you want to do.
If you mainly drive Formula or GT cars, a two-pedal set is often enough.
If you want to drive rally, drift, or classic cars with an H-pattern shifter, a three-pedal set becomes important.
As you improve, pedal quality usually has a bigger impact on consistency and lap times than wheel strength.
Step 4 – Wheel mounting: front or bottom
This is a detail many beginners overlook.
Some wheelbases mount from the bottom, others from the front, and some support both. Front mounting is very popular with higher-end direct drive bases because it is extremely rigid and looks clean. Bottom mounting is still common and works well, but compatibility depends on the wheel deck design.
Always check how your wheelbase needs to be mounted before choosing a rig or wheel mount. This prevents most “it doesn’t fit” problems later.
Step 5 – Choosing the right SimXPro rig
You can use this simple guideline.
If you are just starting and do not plan heavy upgrades, the R80, X80, or GTRS are excellent choices.
If you already have experience and plan to move to a direct drive wheel and load cell pedals, but not motion, the XT120, X80, or GTRS are strong options.
If you are using or planning to use high-end hardware with 15 Nm or more and want maximum rigidity, the XT120, XT160, FRDD, XFR, or GT Pro are the best fit.
The more powerful your hardware, the more important rigidity becomes.
Step 6 – Do you need a profile pedal deck?
If you use load cell or high-force pedals, a profile pedal deck is strongly recommended.
These pedals apply a lot of force to a small surface area. A profile pedal deck eliminates flex and gives you a more consistent brake feel. Many complaints about “soft” or inconsistent braking turn out to be caused by flex in the pedal mounting, not by pedal settings.
If your pedals are mounted from the bottom, corner brackets can be used to create a solid 90-degree mounting solution on a profile deck.
Step 7 – Shifter and handbrake: now or later?
If you do not plan to use a shifter or handbrake, you do not need mounting points for them.
If you think you might want them later, it is smart to include mounting options from the start. This saves time and cost later. In some setups, extra mounting points can also add stability to the rig when using heavier wheelbases.
Step 8 – Seat choice: comfort first
A seat should fit your body, not just your setup visually.
Check whether the seat is bottom-mounted or side-mounted, whether you want a slider for adjustability, and whether it supports long sessions comfortably. A good seating position reduces fatigue and improves consistency far more than most beginners expect.
Step 9 – Monitor setup: single or triple
For a single screen, 32 to 34 inches is a popular and immersive choice.
For triple screens, 27-inch monitors are easier to place and less demanding on space and hardware. Thirty-two-inch triples offer more immersion but require more room, stronger stands, and a more powerful PC.
Curved monitors are often preferred for triple setups because they align more naturally with your field of view.
Step 10 – Monitor stands: integrated or freestanding
An integrated monitor mount attaches directly to the rig. It is more affordable and compact, but vibrations from strong wheelbases can transfer into the screen, and positioning options are more limited.
A freestanding monitor stand offers maximum flexibility and isolation from vibrations. It takes up more space and costs more, but it is the preferred choice if you want perfect positioning or use very strong hardware.
Choose carefully, as upgrading from integrated to freestanding later is not always straightforward.
Step 11 – VESA compatibility: a simple but critical check
Before buying or mounting monitors, always check the VESA pattern of your screens. Common sizes are 75×75, 100×100, and 200×200.
SimXPro offers different VESA brackets depending on the stand type. Some heavy triple stands come standard with 100×100 and 200×200 brackets. If your monitors use 75×75, additional brackets are required. Integrated and GTRS monitor mounts usually support both 75×75 and 100×100 by default.
Doing this check early avoids unnecessary returns or delays.
Advice summary
If you want to start simple and affordable, choose a basic rig, a mid-range wheel and pedals, and a single screen.
If you plan to upgrade over time, invest first in a strong SimXPro rig and a proper pedal mounting solution.
If you want maximum performance from the start, choose a high-rigidity frame, plan your mounting carefully, and keep monitors and vibrations separated.
A good sim racing setup is not about buying the most expensive parts, but about choosing components that work well together and leave room to grow.

Why did my tracking status not change in the last 24 hours?
Although your order is on its way, it may happen that your package misses a location scan. This has no further negative effect on the delivery.
Another reason could be that your package has been transferred to a local partner who takes care of the deliveries in the country of destination. Unfortunately, it is not always possible to continue with the tracking of the local partner.
If you no longer receive a recent tracking of your package, your package will be delivered within 5 business days. If your package keeps in the same location for 5 business days or longer we will contact the carier service.
